Hello Dr. Reva,
update after taking Ledum Pal 30c.
1. feeling too much back pain and going up to the neck.
2. No burning sensation but feeling pins.
3. also feeling itching on stitches.
4. she is applying Calendula Q in the surgery area.
5. she has stopped taking SBL bio combination 17 for hemorrhoids now again she is feeling itching.
shall we use arnica and spigelia 30?

1. Back pain still going up to the neck but 25% decrease.
2. now she is not feeling tightness in wound she can turn easily.
3. No burning sensation
4. some times feeling pins.
5. please also suggest for hemorrhoids can she continue Bio Combi 17?

Arnica 30 in the morning for two consecutive days. Then stop Arnica and give Spigelia 30 for two consecutive days.

she has taken Arnica and Spigelia for two consecutive days and below are update.
1. No burning and pins.
2. tightness in wound reduced up to 60%.
3. till before 2 days ago she was not feeling back pain only was feeling stiffness in lower back but since tomorrow she is again feeling back pain and also going up to the neck.

She must be breast feeding and it is very important keep the medicine list to a smaller number, unless absolutely needed.
Please give Arnica 30 for 3 consecutive days. Then stop Arnica 30 and Start with Spigelia 30 for 3 consecutive days.

I also need your advice for my 2.5 years old daughter she has frequent cough and cold after every 15 to 20 days she get cough and cold and also she does not eat anything.
I have given her those three medicines prescribed by you on another thread first time when i gave her those medicines she got ok but next time medicine did not help so we have given her antibiotics and now after 10 days she again get cough and cold yesterday i have given her those medicines and but she is unable to sleep in night i thing due to blocked nose.
please advise for cough and cold, immunity and appetite.

Please let me know which country and state you are from. If you are from India, some very effective herbs are available there and can suggest. Otherwise, will stay with Homeopathy

besides back pain, what other complaints does your wife has?
Back pain are due to weakness. Herbs are more effective than potenced Homeopathic medicines.

Yes, we are from India, Maharashtra.
besides back pain she has burning and pins in wound side, she has allergy from grain dust, piles but now not pain or burning, she has mental symptoms like she gets angry very soon and after that she cry, she has fear of talking with peoples and she tells that when we press on her bone she feel pain.
Please also prescribed for my daughter.

Thanks for the details. Please buy Anantamul root, break the middle portion (whitish color) to the size of the pepper and give her 3 times a day (Each time, the size of the black pepper) on empty stomach, and report after a week on her bone pain and the back pain, burning in the wounds.

For your 2.5 years old daughter, please give CASTOR oil (the purest you can get and made in the most traditional way, instead of modern industrialized version), 1 drop (using a plastic dropper), every night, before she goes to sleep, for a week and report. The toxins build up create allergy and repeated cough, cold. After this, she should gradually get over with the repeated episodes.

I am sorry for late reply due to some family problem.
My wife is doing well and her pain reduced and she also doing exercise which is also helping.
I want your help for my 2.8 years old daughter she is very stubborn and she is not sleeping well during a night. if she ask for anything and we say no then she start crying, if we say don't do this but she do that, if we scold or lightly beat her she cry more loudly, she does not wants to eat meal but fruits and other things, she insists on going out and when she gets out refuses to come back home, She wakes up in the middle of the night and asks for milk. Drinks a lot of milk if we don't give milk she start crying until she gets milk, she wake up many times during a night and ask for milk, she is very active & sharp if we give her everything whatever she wants then she is very happy and good.
since last three nights she is waking up middle of night and asking for milk after drinking milk she is again asking for milk and unable to sleep back and crying.
please help..

If you are referring to your 2.5 year old, please update whether you have given Castor oil and what benefits you noticed.

Yes, we have given castor oil but did not see any improvement.
she is not sleeping properly she wakes up many times during a night.

For acute cold, Antibiotics is often the best option. Start with Gelsemium 30, on alternate days for a week to help with the behavior you described. Support her. She is not feeling good in your home and there are often good reasons to look for.
Continue Gelsemium 30, if helps her. After a week, if you lack to see a difference, then start with Calc Carb 30, on alternate days for 2 weeks. Then report.
