Extreme Constipated 2 years old

my 2 years old son is having extreme constipation since birth, his mother is having same constipation history. he often gets blood in his stool due to very hard stools which pass with much efforts. i have given him alumina 30 but it didn't help. his hunger is very less but he drinks a lot of water. doctors only give laxatives but they didn't help for long. he also gets cold easily.

please help me to cure his constipation

No need to give him daily dose. Just use the remedy when he gets constipated again.
