just got my test report, below are the findings

25 Hydroxy (OH) Vitamin D = 3.00 ng/ml (normal is 30-100 ng/ml)
Vitamin B-12 = 231.8 pg/ml (normal is 243-894)
Urine Examination
Protein = Traces
Pus Cells = 2-3
Epithelial Cells = Occassional

Doctor gave D3 tablet to be taken twice weekly

Since i am taking bp meds, my bp is now around 120/90 and pulse 95, weakness all over, minor pain in abdomen. i am taking carbo veg 200 as advised by you.

Doctor stopped blood thinning medicine and added calcium tablets. I am having heaviness in upper abdomen and bad taste. Digestion is not good

update on my son, he is better now, keeps on playing whole day, sometimes have mild temperature, he drinks a lot of water. also, he is fond of eating sand and stones picking from here and there. he still have minor constipation

update on my condition - my b/p is normal now and not taking any b/p medicines as advised by the doctor. the numbness attacks are due to vitamin b12 and vitamin d deficiency. got ultrasound of my whole abdomen and found minor fatty liver. doctor found that my condition is mostly due to lot of thinking and besides deficiency there is no problem.

having minor numbness attacks quite often, mostly at night and whenever its dark. don't know if it is related to my mind. the buzzing in left ear is always there. whenever there is numbness, my hands and feet get cold and stomach bloated with urge to go to toilet. urine is clear. back of my head feels light and numb too.

just taking vitamins and calciums supplements

also taking avena sativa q daily once as advised a local homeopath

i also do pranayam and kapal bharti in the morning.

do i need some more medicines or excercise ?

i am losing weight and feels very weak whenever i have such numbness
