Slip disk

Hi everyone. I actually neede some help regarding slip disk. My mom and my aunt are both suffering from slip disk i think due to heavy lifting. Is there anything i can do about it???

Ok doctor seoshlok, actually my family does not live with me in fact there are in another country. I am going back home for vactions and i will post as well as a see them!
