Mind problem
Hi... I have been suffering from severe social anxiety, depression, personality change, constant headache, concentration problem, low self esteem, and I also notice and feel like my head is shrinking... I notice head skull changes... I really worries me and also I get immediate heavy running nose when I get head bath and also I have chronic sinusitis... I need help please help me... I am not feeling like who I used to be before... Please help meFriack on 2019-02-24

A) constipation history. B) headache if any. C) must select one option, weakness or restlessness, which is more.
D) your detailed daily routine, like active or sadantry life style etc If possible hourly basis details required .. E) is it a reoccurring problems F) you were physically active or inactive just before this condition ? G) do you feel more thirsty or thirstless ? H) do you feel cold in body or hot mostly ?

A) Most of the time I have constipation problem, I was recently diagnosed with fatty liver and stone, and by medication I got relief from ureter stone and currently undergoing medication for fatty liver,
B) Constant headaches at both sides, back of head and also forehead
C) I have both but I would say restlessness more
D) I have sadantry life style due to my various illness, because it controls my lifestyle, mostly I stay at home, I'm irregular to college because I feel so uncomfortable and restless among others, I don't socialise due to social anxiety because of my constant reoccurring various illness,because of this I have low self esteem, I don't talk much other than my 2,3 school friends... I feel so lonely
E) yes my worry is that it's reoccurring
F) I am the most physically active person till my 12th standard, I am an athlete and football player, but everything changed after my 12th grade
Because while playing football during my 10th grade I broke my right hand and got fractured and recovered after 2 to 3 months but after I always had discomfort with my hand and it changed my body posture and later this became the reason for me for not physically activate during my ug days and from there my sadantry lifestyle started and got into anxiety and depression and later before 1 yr only I realised my hand didn't heal properly still now it didn't heal properly and my body posture changed
G) Thirstless
H) Most of the cold but sometimes hot flashes
My passion is sports but I am not able to do that because of these problems...
I am so hopeless in my life, lost interest, lost many opportunities, lost my friends and also have occasional suicidal thoughts,
Please I really need help badly

Also I forgot to say...
My right side of body is what most affected
I have right side neck and shoulder pain due to weak membrane and pain in groin area and also in ankle area... My right side head I have so much pressure, that's why I have bad posture, my right side is so weak compared to my left side body,
That's why I think I have problem in my brain or skull

Your age ? Do you have any other problems as well ? Do you wish to sit a side or rest most of the day ? Do you desire that kind of rest or not ?? Do you have any foul smelling gases problems ? If I'm not replying please click my name and remind me.
