22 year old needs help with wrist pain not going away Page 2 of 5
This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I forgot wrist brace at home day before yesterday so went whole day without wearing, was mostly fine but hurt in a few instances. Tried to play pool/ billiards yesterday without brace and that hurt on a 4/5 scale, so I stopped. A bit soreness as well.
Would taking more doses of Arnica 1M help?
Do I need to order Arnica CM and Ruta G CM. Do you think it will help. Any other medicine to order? Hypericum 1M?
As medicine will take some time to come, what do you suggest I take in the meantime.

As K has said, REST it more. Medicines do not
Work instantly. You have an injury, and you keep
Testing it often.. then it hurts.. the pain is feedback

I have taken Arnica 1M and hypericum 200. Don't think I have seen any change as such.
Please let me know which all medicines to order in what potency and liquids or pills. I see that CM is generally available in pills.
And, hoping these new ones I order will help.

Actually, I had got Arnica 1M from home and was taking it, but unfortunately ran out. I am in college right now and am not going home soon. Will have to order more to be shipped here. Right now, I have Arnica 200 pills. So, let me know what Arnica potency and form should I order.

I guess the pain is little better than earlier like 2 weeks back. But its very hard to tell the effect of 3 doses of hypericum which I just took. I was not able to lift the plate at the dining table with food on it the other day. I was wearing the brace, but it still hurt, so I didn't try to lift.
So, you are telling me to take 6 doses of Arnica 200 every 1 hour? Should I stop Hypericum 200 or take that also?

Do you know of any website where I can order Arnica CM liquid. On this website, it only has pellets not liquid. any other ones you know of, please let me know.

I took Arnica 200 pills. Don't think I noticed any change.Still hurt a bit at dinner today.
Also, I ordered Arnica CM potency. Hoping it will come in 10 days, so expecting around 19th. Let me know how to take it once I get it.

Sorry about the delay in my response. I had my exams going on. I am taking Arnica 200 as advised. I didn't notice any difference. I am hoping the shipment should reach soon. Not sure of the exact date.

This is what I am taking for Arnica 200. I have taken it for 2 days only.
Take 04 pellets at least 20 mins before breakfast and thereafter
Take one pellet after two hours of the first dose and continue taking one pellet every hour till you sleep

I took Arnica CM directly on the tongue on following dates/times, my apologies, actually took 3 times:
1. Wednesday May 1 around 11:30 pm.
2. Thursday May 2 around 11:30 pm.
3. Sunday May 5 around 11:30 pm.
I have the following potency:
Ruta G - 10M, 1M, 200
Rhus tox - 200. 1M is at home I think, but I can get it from there.

It doesn't seem working. I haven't seen any change. Please advise if I Should take more doses and how.
And, wanted to see your opinion on why do you think the medicines are not working and possible options on what could be wrong.

I took Hypericum for 2 days, but no change.
Also, I am not stressing my hand. Unless I strain it , I wouldn't know if it is hurting or not, as it doesn't hurt when not moving.
Please let me know what to take next.
