Wheezing after exertionLooking for a remedy for my 72 year old mother. Her nose runs constantly, when inside and head congestion. It is the spring, so starting to warm up in Canada, but she is wheezing after some exertion outside, in the evening. She has issues with insomnia and cannot easily fall asleep, and when she can't sleep, she sits outside in her balcony, prefers the fresh air. She often doesn't fall asleep until the early hours of the morning, but then sleeps heavy. She often has issues with feeling dizzy and has to sit down. Recently she has been nervous about taking a shower, because she is worried she will get chilled and get sick. She will sit and play her games on her phone for long time by herself, without noticing what is going on around her and suffers from confusion. When stressed, she loses thought pattern and starts stuttering. Otherwise, she is able to function well and take care of her daily needs. I would appreciate any pointers to remedies that might help her. Thank you!
