DizzinessI’ve been having dizziness for two months now. Dizzy even when I’m lying down, dizzy when I’m moving my head (even slowly) dizzy getting up, when I’m doing daily activities, dizzy when I only and I mean only move my eyes. Some days the dizziness is worst then others and has been happening for Loren then 2 months. I eat more then needed thinking maybe I’m in need of food. because of dizzy I’ve been eating more even thought I do not feel hungry but have the desire to eat and feel like I’m gaining weight . I feel sleepy as well despite adequate about of sleep. I also get these spells where I cannot keep my eyes open and need to close them or even take a nap. It happens anywhere unexpectedly. Someone’s house, work etc. even with caffeine the fatigue spell doesn’t go away and takes a few hours for me to be able to get my energy back.
Should I get myself tested? What homeopath can help? Thanks in advance

Have positional vertigo. This is caused by
Particles loose in the ear canal. They do
A maneuver on you, having to turn the head
At an angle, etc- it is called the Epley maneuver.
You do not need tests- the dr can do this and
Then you can also learn to do it. To learn
More google positional vertigo.

Google iron rich foods and include them in your
Daily diet-notice if there has been a lack of these
Get your blood tested again after doing this for 2 weeks to see
If the report is improving.
