Knee pain

I am a 43 year old women. I started having knee pain in both my knees after doing some stretching exercises earlier this week. The pain is there when going up and down the stairs and while changing position from sitting to standing and vice versa. My keens appear to have a cracking sound when changing position.
Please advise a homeopathic remedy to cure this pain.

Rhus tox 30c twice a day for 4 -5 days and see how you feel. You may need to continue or change the remedy so please report back.
