M/46 overweight, pain in knees, urine dribble onset - Dr.Anuj S
Hi,Male, 46yrs, overweight (height 6ft, weight 94kgs), vegetarian, non-smoker, non-drinker, mostly sedentary lifestyle, with long and usually stressful work hours (mostly sitting). Physical activities limited to 45-60min daily brisk walk (5-6kms) and some household chores.
Started noticing knee pain, especially while climbing stairs about 3yrs back. Of late, notice some more pain after faster-than-usual brisk walks (with hard stepping, s.a. coming down slight incline), or small spurts of run, like running with the pet dog. Of course, the pain when climbing stairs has only increased and notice it a bit more frequently.
Also, notice that I need to wake up to empty bladder several times at night (3-4 times sometimes, as I always feel parched and drink water each time I empty). Also, get the sensation or urge that bladder emptying is not complete, with bit of dribbling of urine after done.
Understand that some of these are perhaps consequences of body gaining age, some weight related, perhaps also lifestyle related. Trying to work on things under my control (getting regular at exercise, trying to add some weights as well including knee and leg-muscle strengthening exercises), but wondering if some homeopathic treatment might help as well ?
thanks in anticipation.
regards.

Thank you Dr.Anuj sir. Thanks for talking about Pranayam as well.
Regarding Silicea 6X, wondering if 12X or 30CH potencies might work as well, else will procure it.
Hope that I didn't misunderstand the prescription:
1. NUX VOM 200 - Day 1,2,3 only and not further
2. BRYONIA 30 - thrice daily, from day 4 till improvement
3. NAT PHOS 6X - thrice daily, from day 1, till improvement
4. SILICEA 6X - thrice daily, from day 1, till improvement
regards.
