anxiety Issue

I Am Md. Humayun Kabir, Print Journalist from Bangladesh, age 45, male. Suffering Diabetic since 2008 and that is under control with Insulin. My Main problem is anxiety. Always I feel busy with my Head. A Very little time in 24 hrs Feel free with mind. with a little issue mode moves like quarrel. Have Headache Issue. my working time 5pm to 11pm. Again: My main problem is anxiety. And recent time with Fear The body trembles. My mental conditions is too down. Feel no strength with mind. waiting for advice
Talking Medicine:
For Protein Issue with urine R64 (1 Month Daily 10 drps 3 time)
Insulin 200 (Morning 5 drops)
Rarely---Anacardium 200
For Diabetic: Insulin (Morning 30 and night 12)
For anxiety: Alprazolam 0.25 mg (Daily 1pcs after Launch)
Note: with Alprazolam 0.25 mg feel some relief for few Moments
