Dear Dr Tui,

Almost 10 days have gone since taking Digitalis, phosphoric acid and Ars Alb.

After taking Ars Alb, there is much relief in the acidity problem.

However the urinary problems seems to have gone some what worse from the earlier regime. Nowadays I need to get up a minimum of 3-4 times in the night to pass urine. Besides I have a feeling that am not able to completely pass urine. Seems some urine is held up and after sometime in a few minutes again feel an urge to pass urine.

After a deep sleep around 4 AM, a severe urge to pass urine comes up. The flow of urine initially starts very slowly, need to stretch the penis for the flow to increase. Once done, have a feeling that incomplete passing of urine. I have to stand for some while for it to start again. Have to wait a long time for the urine to pass and stop. After a few minutes, I get the urge again to pass.

One good thing is presently the urine flows slowly and if I stretch the penis, the flow is much better rather than earlier it used to take a long time to start and then it used to go drip drip.

In the night after 3 AM that is after a good sleep, the severe urge comes up. Feels like the bladder has not emptied. It is in the present regime the complete emptying of urine is not satisfactory in the day time or night.Even in the day time after passing urine, again an urge comes up within few minutes.

The chest congestion seems to have cleared now. Also I don't feel the labored breathing.

Hi Dr Tui,

Have almost completed 7 doses of Medorrhinum 200C and 13 doses of sabal Q. <br>
Nothing has changed.Still have to go 3-4 times in the night and couple of times in the day. Cannot hold the urine for more than an hour in the day time. Besides the flow of urine is not satisfactory. Because of the low urine flow I need to take a long time to complete and then again in a few minutes, I need to pass urine again. also my left side of my scrotum pains.

Since I am taking Silodosin and duatasteride (allopathic medicine) for my prostate, it has couple of side effects
dizziness, weakness, headache, sleep problems, diarrhea, stomach pain, decreased amount of semen released during sex, abnormal ejaculation.

Don't know if my acid reflux is also a part of the side effect. Can we in homeopathy neutralise the above side effects? It would be great if you can look into it. I hope its not asking too much.

Doctor, we need to look into reducing the size of the prostate gland, the flow of the urine and to reduce the urge to pass urine frequently. Prime focus I think should be TO INCREASE THE URINE FLOW and TO REDUCE THE URGE TO PASS URINE FREQUENTLY.

I have not checked my prostate recently. Till September 2019 it was 73cc. It is hovering around 74cc for the last 2 years. Haven't reduced a bit.

I have noted the side effects. Every allopathic medicine has severe side effects. That is the reason I am asking your help in homeopathy. Tamsulosin with dutasteride or Silodosin with dutasteride are the only medicines for BPH. Had checked with my Urologist.

I need your help to combat my enlarged prostate. I don't mind even if homeopathy takes a long time to heal along with the allopathic medicines. At least the Quality of Life would be much better.

I'll get my prostate checked. In the mean time do guide and help me.

Dear Dr Tui,

It's been a long time since I have posted. The past 2 months have been taking Conium 1M every 10 days. In December took Cantharis 200, but it did not help me, I had to go about 2/3 times in the night to pass urine. In Jan changed to Nitric Acid 30C 3 times/day. For some time I was getting up once around 4:30 AM to pass urine and then would getup at 6:00 AM for my morning walk. Felt better for couple of days.With the severe onset of summer, I have been sleeping in an AC room, this has made me go 3/4 times in the night sometimes, and at times 2 times in the night.

Can we increase the urine flow. A weak stream of urine passes on a regular basis.Need to increase the flow of urine.

Besides this off and on am getting joint pains in the hand and legs. Inside elbow and inside knees. Its not regular. I have severe itching a bit above the left ankle.

Also feel like a block in my left ear and itching in both my years. There is no problem in my hearing.

Thats just about it. Not a rosy picture. Please review and advise.

Am posting after a long time. Hope you and your family are doing fine. How is the situation where you are living. In control I hope.

Had taken Sulphur and Calc Carb 200 for a bit more than 21 days. With the Covid 19 outbreak things went out of control.

All these days, summer was severe here in Kerala, India. However with th AC on in the nights had to go once or sometimes twice to pass urine. However yesterday everything changed for the worst. Night I had to get up 5-6 times in the night. Today morning as of now would have gone 6-7 times. Don't know what offset the the earlier regime of 1 or 2 times in the night.

Yesterday night and today had a severe pain along the rectum. I think probably the piles would have resurfaced after a long time. Today morning had pains inside the knees and arms. Felt a bit of a chill along with a bit of headache on the top. Nothing elsr. No other symptoms. Initially presumed it to be UTI.

Please have a look. Desperately need your help and advise.

Just a small problem has surfaced. Am constantly hawking but nothing comes out. Need to clear throat regularly. Throat irritation. Congestion in the chest. A bit heavy. But no wheezing etc. When I cough a bit of pain in the center of the chest. Smell and taste are fine. No fever or regular dry cough. Occasional irritation cough.

Don't think it is Covid 19.Have not been out of India, neither have been near any infected person. However had gone out to buy grocery etc.

Over the past 2 days was just thinking on 2 points which is currently my problem and needs to be resolved.

Need to clear throat constantly. A bit of scraping in the throat and a slight pain.. Other than this there is no problem. No fever, temp, dry cough,sneezing, running nose etc.

My prostate size is 70 cc. Need to reduce it drastically.

Also a muscle on the left shoulder 2" From the base of the throat there is a severe pain. Heat and pressure gives me a bit of relief. Just Below the throat on both sides there is pain in the front to side of the rib cage Tui advised couple of medicines, did not get a relief.

I have Lycopodium 200 with me. But Calc Fluorica 6x would need to buy. With the lockdown situation, shops are closed. Will need to wat for another week. Situation will ease around 15th.

What is your opinion on my enlarged prostate. Would need to address it. My urine flow is not in full flow and also need to pass urine regularly. This night I had to go 4 times to to pass urine and also once done, feels like the urine has not passed entirely. Being held feeling.

Please advise.
