Sir already i took this medicine hyoscyamus. It is helping on my mania like restlessness,excitement,axiety.It is calming me but it is not improving my depression and drowsiness....
Sir i think i should take nat mur and gelsimium along with hyoscyamus.
Because this is my chronic depression so i think Nat mur may help in this case.
Hyoscyamus is also having the symptom depression but that is not chronic.
And may be that's why it is helping on my mania not my depression.
Hyoscyamus calming me...but not improving depression at all.
I took hyoscyamus 200 earlier till near about 20 days.
But i never tried hyoscyamus along with nat mur.
But this time can i take?
It may improve my depression.

So you don't have mania anymore but feeling more depressed?
Can you explain about your depression and what else do you have?
Do you have any other health problems?
And what was the feeling when you were rejected by that girl?
What was your reaction ? What did you do after you've got rejected by her?
Just talk about it. It may help to understand your problem otherwise, you will be taking this remedy or that remedy and hope it would do something but never really get well.

Forget Hyoscyamus and take Staphysagria 200c 1 dose a day for 5 days and report back.
I'm not sure about Nat mur. If you feel that is a right remedy for you, then I can't stop you from taking it.

Sir in the case of mild to moderate depression ctocus sativus will be well choosen i think.

So, when i told you about crocus then why don't you open the book and see why crocus is used..

What was your reaction when you took Hyoscyamus 200c ?
And you have taken for how many doses of that remedy?
And what about Nat mur? What potency have you taken and for how long?

If you had a strong reaction (aggravation) from taking 200c, then it's better to start from 30c.
Also don't expect to get miraculously cured within a day or weeks. You have been suffering for 10 years so it will take a while to get better.
And you have taken for how many doses of that remedy?

Not the depression.
Also it is not helping on my drowsiness and extreme sex drive.

Didn't try nat mur along with hyoscyamus.

If you so wish to take crocus or nat mur, take 200c one dose a day for a few days and see how you feel.

I am doing really well on crocus...
Took 30ch today morning and it is really working on the first dose.
It's miracle...
But don't know how to repeat.

Great to know that you have found something that really works for you.
If you are already doing well, then you don't need to repeat until you started to feel bad again.
So just wait and watch for now.
