Headache

I am 70 years old female . I have severe head pain in the back portion of my head for last five days. Pressure eases the pain but for only few minutes. Fastening a scarf round the head gives relief.Pain increases on movement. Pain is like red chily powder has been applied on the skull. There is no cold or cough. Sleep is normal.

Kindly suggest suitable medicine. Thanks.

Take natrum mur 200c .. liquid form 4 drops once only. in some sips of water in a separate disposable glass .. If taking in pellet form 4 pellets once only.

Do not eat spicy, salty, deep fried, junk or oily foods. Best time to take the remedy is just before the headache or at 10-11am. You can update after 2-3 days.
