Serious Arthritis problem please adviceDear sir,
I am 44 years old and i am IT person,from 5 years i am facing Arthritis problem but now its very serious condition, very painful while standing after sitting on floor or chair,while walking very painful, i can not run even i can not jogging its too painful , even i can not carrying some luggage or computers because i am IT person my life is ruin please give me some advice
Some other details i am sharing also please save my life and career
Smoking: 7-10 cigrettes daily

What medication have you taken in the past? And are you currently taking any medications?

No i am only taking pain killer when i pain out of control and try to use my whil power to survive and some exercises to give relief pain nothing else.
Condition is that my gap between two knees going to slightly narrow.
I dont have any other issue exept ostroartritis
The pain is on knee both wile walking , when i standing 5-10 min same place, when carrying some weight, while jogging and running too much pain with stifness on both knees,
when sitting and lying on the bed no pain

And I probably don't have to tell you this, but you need to change your lifestyle and a diet if you have been eating a lot of junk and sitting for many hours daily. These are very basic suggestIons but health is really a simple thing.
