Arthritis Medication induced lung damage

My mother was prescribed a weekly arthritis medication. She took it for five months not realizing it was slowly damaging her lungs.

She has been in the hospital for a couple weeks with 80% oxygen saturation and "AFib."

They are giving her Xanax and steroids. She has had no improvement. Yesterday she did not want to wake up all day. How can I help her? She is 75.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Nux Vom 30 and Ferrum Phos 6x five pellets/tabs three times a day.

Feedback AFTER 4 DAYS.

LOCATION?

IS THERE SWELLING IN THE KNEES?

IS THE PAIN BETTER BY HEAT OR COLD?

PAIN BETTER BY MOTION OR REST?

ANY OTHER SYMPTOMS?

Thank you for your reply. Her body is shutting down and they just gave her 48 hours to live. I'm hoping they can transfer her to Mayo Clinic or a better Chicago hospital. She's in a little Janesville Wisconsin Hospital
