Suspect corona virus

I am 46 years old. Yesterday, I felt chills followed by low body temparature and soreness all over the body especially back shoulder area, feels tried, little sore throat. I took Aconite 30, 3 doses (4 pellet each dose) during the day and Ferrum phos 12X and Kali phos 12X 4+4 tab with luke warm water at evening. I slept well at night.
Morning I woke up feels tried, soreness all over body but reduced from yesterday, little sore throat but no chills, no fever, no cough. I didn’t take any more remedy. I did few times gargle with hot salt water, drink tea with ginger, got some relief from sore throat, although its still there. Hope from here it will not turn any bad direction.
Should I have to take any remedy at this point.

Hi Anuj, thank you for your reply. I feel much better today. less soreness all over the body, reduced sore throat, although still there.

Will continue observe the situation and take your advised remedy as soon as improvement lapses.
