Post stroke recovery

Hi,
Posting on behalf of my mother. She is 76 years old and has a history of Sjoren's syndrome, chronic constipation, high blood pressure and many skin complaints. She had a stroke (cervical vascular accident) about 2 months back which led to temporary right side paralysis for a few hours but because she was taken to the hospital promptly they were able to undo a lot of the damage. The stroke happened due to blood clot but no hemoorage in the brain. She did have a retinal vein occlusion in her right eye (she has had history of this). This time the hemorrage in her right eye caused extremely decreased vision.

Current complaints
1. > 50% loss of vision in right eye
2. Holds eye when walking around
3. She feels dizzy and light headed and palpitations when getting up and walking around
4. She is also feeling very weak
5. Skin is extremely aggravated and dry

She was given Arnica 30 daily a week after the stroke for 2 weeks, then phosphorus 30 daily for 1 week.

Any advice on what we can give her to help recovery to both overall body and eye vision?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Elaps Corallinus 200 ones a week.

In addition Five Phos 6x five tabs thee times a day.EVERY DAY.

For constipation she can have 2 YALO tablets at night, but initially start with one,and see.

Try eating two BANANAS,one in between Breakfast and Lunch, other between Lunch and Dinner. Will aid in bowel movement.Make it a daily practice.

Thanks Dr. Anuj.

Couple of clarifications and some additional info.

I accidentally put the wrong eye, its actually the left eye that has decreased vision not right.
She is also feeling colder every day more so at night.

Does the above change your recommendation at all?

I found Elaps on the abc homeopathy store but am unable to find five phoses. Any alternative to that?

Also for how long should she take Elaps?

Thanks so much!

No issues.Get hold of Elaps.

I think Simone will be able to guide you wrt five phos.In the meantime procure Elaps.

One more question, liquid or pellets and how much to take at a time?

pellets will be fine if you are located in a european country.

Hi Dr Srivastava
My mom has been taking both elaps and five phoses for 2 months now. No signficant change in symptoms. Eye is still really bothersome. They also put her on blood thinner which she is not tolerating well.

Any further advice? Should she continue taking the remedies, elaps and five phoses?

Elaps every third day rest no change.

Kindly find out why she walks with hands over the eyes,is it because she is able to see better?

Weekly feedbacks.

Thank you, She says she walks around with hand over the eye because the vision from that eye is so bad that it causes the other eye to get strained. She has been taking Elaps every 3rd day and today also went to eye doctor who said that the hemorrage in the eye is slightly better but vision is still really bad.

She also mentioned her energy is little better.

She is still having a lot of trouble tolerating the blood thinner. She is having nausea and stomach upset with it.

Next steps?

Continue sakme protocol.

When she experiences nausea ask her to have IPECAC Q,10 drops in an ounce of water (SOS)
