Hand/finger pain - rheumatoid arthritis?

I am a cook and recently I have started having extreme pain in my hands, especially my fingers and knuckles. If I sleep with my hands in a fist it’s not as difficult to get them moving in the morning, but if my hand is open during the night it feels like my fingers will break if I move them. Gripping is difficult so my job is incredibly hard. I don’t want to quit and I am looking for all options to get me feeling better and keep working. Any help is appreciated! I am currently taking Arnica Montana 200c, Hypericum Perforatum 200c and Antimonium Crudum 30c (that’s all I had on hand), I use them all three times a day. I also started taking Boron, Magnesium Malate, and turmeric. The pain definitely decreased and I can manage work. Just wondering if there is something else I can try or even if I should stop what I am taking. I haven’t had them checked out so I don’t know if anything like arthritis is even a concern. My bones just really hurt, feels more bone related than anything. Thank you!

After taking the recommended medicines for 10 days I have a significant decrease in pain in my hands and can grip much better. I still have pain and they get worn out but it's much better. If I have my hands open while sleeping it is still harder to move them and more painful than if I can keep them in a fist while sleeping. Thank you for the advice! Should I keep taking the medicine long-term?

It’s now been another 15 days and overall I am much better. My left hand has three fingers that are still kind of stiff and bother me if I leave my hand open during the night. Once I get going during the day I do okay, they are just slightly stiff and sore but not bad. Should I continue to take the medicine? Thank you so much for your help!

The pain and stiffness has started to increase again but my workload has increased recently. Not sure if I should try something else or just continue with what I’m doing?

I haven’t really noticed any change since using the benzoicum and my fingers continue to hurt and feel stiff and a little swollen especially in the morning. My feet and ankles have also been stiff and painful in the morning but they get better throughout the day. I started drinking coffee and the pain in my hands gets better for a little while when I drink coffee but it does come back. I’m sorry to keep asking but is there anything else I should try? Thank you so much!
