panic attackpatient 56 years old ,obese jolly ,cries easily she suffers from panic attacks the last23 years, anxiety ,hypertension, increased appetite desire for sweets
thirst less cant stand heat ,heat aggravates everything a lot of sweating itching of the skin.when the panic attack comes she feels a burning sensation that starts from the feet and goes up to the head ,dizziness that forced her to close her eyes,difficulty in breathing lack of air.The whole problem with the panic attacks started after she experienced a great fright ,during a medical examination ( ultrasound ) a doctor told her that she has a tumor in her belly and that she is not going to have baby's. she has many fears and a lot of anxiety.when she drives the car and doesn't know the road becomes anxious also when she has to pass over a bridge or through a tunnel.Also panic attack comes when the elevator is damaged and remains still.she can't use the subway because it is underground ,she has fear of airplanes fear of highs of earth quake of insects
when she is sitting she wants to have her feet on another chair.for all these problems she is taking anxiolytics.when she is in bed she always uncover her feet.She has taken many homeopathic remedies with no result.
