Low appetite in 6 year son

My son having very low appetite, use to take only some food which is to be consider special, discharge stool at a interval of two days and tight in nature. Please recommend some homeopathic medicine.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Nux Vom 30 ,two pellets three times a day.In addition Nat Phos 6x 2 tabs three times a day.

Feedback every 4 days.
