Help for chronic sore neck37 year old female. Stay at home mom of 4 and 2 year old. Very healthy diet, moderate excercise. I can't seem to do any major exercise such as kickboxing or lifting weights without getting very tight muscles in my back and neck. Constantly getting knots in my back and neck. I sometimes wake up with stiff neck that lasts 2-4 days. Sometimes even dizziness from the tight muscles in my neck. Would like to work out harder but this pain always stops me. The only relief is massage.
I don't take any medication. I currently take fish oil daily and calcium/magnesium to help me sleep.
