Is Sepia still my medicine?

Hi

Sepia was my medicine in 2007 when I first went to a classical homeopath. I am the classic sepia lady aged 37, 2 kids. Back when I first took it, I had chronic hives. Right after drifting off to sleep, I would get hives all over my body and I would wake up scratching frantically. The Dr said it was my body's way of coping with stress and anxiety. Sepia healed it well until few months ago.. I had a traumatic experience relating to health of my mother. She was diagnosed with life threatening disease and I haven't seen her in 6yrs being in different countries. I am not sure if this was the cause or what.. Life is never smooth. There are good and bad phases and I can't keep a track of all "bad" days. They come and go..

Point is, this time (sometime in June) I had an episode of contact dermatitis behind ears which was never there before! I have had it since then. At first I thought it was my over the ear headphones that caused it. But slowly I am realising it's my spectacles! Wherever it has touched my skin behind ear is the part most affected. I have had flare ups since June.. It gets better and worse back to back. I have stopped wearing glasses so as to have minimal contact. It's causing me great distress as I am constantly fighting the urge to scratch. I have noticed the itch aggravates when I take peanuts. No peanuts and it's still manageable although I have had peanuts without any problem all my life. Infact I thrive in nuts. I have lost motivation to workout and everything in general. My mental health gets affected easily and adversely if I have slightest of physical challenge.

What I wanted to know is, would sepia still apply to these newly surfaced problems of contact dermatitis + (possible) nut allergy?

Pls ask me any question if more info is needed. This is all I can think of for now.

Thanks

As much as I would like to eat cold foods, I can't.. as I lost my tooth enamel as a result of bruxism. All my teeth are sensitive to cold and sweet foods. I wear a splint before Bedtime since 2 yrs. I like medium temperature showers. Not too cold, not too hot. However, my feet are mostly cold. Even in summers at times. Body is warm though in summers. In winters I feel very very cold (although I sweat in armpits) unless I am wearing very very warm clothing and socks.

Things of concern right now are:

1. Contact dermatitis behind ears especially on parts where my (plastic) frame touches.

2. Anxiety for no reason at all. My heart skips a beat now and then.. As if when jumped by someone.

3. Unable to have a conversation or make requests. Anxiety pangs before initiating conversation .. This problem comes and goes occasionally. I can't ask for favours however little it might be.. assuming the other person's answer would be "no".

4. Music is making me emotional these days even if it's an upbeat one! This was fixed with sepia back in the days along with hives issue and weeping tendency.
