15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HR BEFORE DINNER. FOR THREE DAYS
Hepar Sulphur 200 and Arsenicum Album 200.
Dose TWO (2) drops of each, taken at the same time, taken twice a day.
Continue dosing at least 8 to 10 weeks or until symptoms improve.
Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth
IN ADDITION SILICEA 6X AND CALC SULPH 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.
Wash your face more than twice each day with warm water and mild face wash
Do not scrub your skin as this may push the infection further down causing more acne
Avoid pricking pimples as this may lead to acne scarring
Choose mild make up and avoid oil based products, remove makeup before sleeping
Avoid anxiety and stress as it can increase production of cortisol and adrenaline hormones which leads to acne.
Fuller's earth (multani mitti) is a great remedy for treating open pores on the face. Mix together some fuller's earth with rosewater to make a paste. Apply a thin layer on your face and allow it to dry.
FEEDBACK AFTER 7 DAYS.
