Pre-cum, premature ejaculation , erectile dysfunction - please help

I am suffering from ( PRE-CUM ) LAST 3 YEARS, went to many professional doctors but still didn't cured.
I am getting skinny day by day because of PRE-CUM, night fall also affecting my body very much on every night fall, night fall occurs on every 10 days, i am getting skinny very fast but body weight not decreasing.
Suffering from premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction also ðÂÂ
Erectile dysfunction - during sex my penis don't erect.

I am suffering from ( PRE-CUM ) LAST 3 YEARS, when i talk with my GIRLFRIEND or meet her, then a liquid watery thing discharge. and its sucking my body, i am getting skinny and losing stamina / power.

when i force it to erect then suddenly ejaculates.
while masturbation i ejaculates within 30 seconds.

1.Titanium 1M 2dose once in 15 days morning on empty stomach.
2.Sulphur 1M 2 doses once in 15days morning on empty stomach. Not on titanium days.
3.Acid phos Q 10drops in half glass water 4times daily.
4.selenium met 30 3pills 4 times daily
5. nux vomica 200 3 pills 3 times daily
Give a gap of 10 minutes between each medicine.
Take these for one month.and report me changes.
