Flu vomit undigestion

My daughter, who is 5 years old, is having flu from last week and i was using homeopathy to treat her flu. From Saturday she wasn't eating properly and complaining about tummy ache. That night she did vomit and all the things she ate that day came out with a lot of fresh transparent white mucus with bubbles. seems like she is not digesting properly. even her breakfast (egg) came out un-digested. she was having 100 temperature but no motions. next day she vomit a lot of mucus again. kindly help me out what to do.

Ipecac 30 2 pellets three times a day.

In addition Silicea 3x and Calc Flour 3x,2 tabs of each three times a day.

Feed back every 2 days.
