Nat Phos 6x is a Biochemic Cell Salt and is only availble in TABLETS.
The Liquid dilutions in Ethanol are used to market the C potencies.

Suggest you return the Nat Phos pack which you have ordered and request them to supply the standard Nat Phos 6x Biochemic Cell Salts in tablet form.
