Eye strain
Hi, I need to discuss about eye strain.Since I use computers for long hrs I develop dry eyes, eye strain and stinging feeling.
My doctor suggested me Ruta 30c for 15 days and I started feeling better and again I have taken for 15 days I started feeling better.
Once I stopped taking medication again back to square one.
This time Doctor advised Nat Mur 200c for 7 days and then 1 week gap and again for 7 days. Not feeling any better with Nat Mur 200c
Now my Doctor is saying take Ruta 200 c (4-0-0) for 10 days and taken 15 days gap and again take for 10 days.
My question is is taking Ruta 200c daily for the 10 days is safe?
In this forum I have seen 200 potency should be taking for every 3 days.
Please can you advise on this also please suggest which is good Ruta 30c or Ruta 200c and for how long?
Regards

In classical practice the relation between potencies and it’s repetition for a particular remedy was followed in a different manner. Please do not be concerned about the prescription and posts for other people since Ruta G and Nat Mur did not cure you
Try Aconite N it is called the Arnica of the Eyes
