Erection problems after use of meds

Dear all,

I hope this my post finds everyone well and healthy.
I am 36 male, weight 80 kgs. Little obese.
I have IBS and suffering from arthritis.

I have 2 kids (girls) and we are planning for a new baby and attempt for baby boy. Alot of Prayers and wishes from we both partners.

I use certain hoemo compound from local company HR 31 for arthritis. Which give me some relief in knee pain. But at same time i felt loss in sexual performance. So i left using it. And use it off and on.

Every thing was going right. Sexual life was ok. lately i had eaten a lot of dates last month and like 10 dates daily for 3,4 days after that i felt erection is complete lost and unable to perform sex.
Attempt is followed by precum discharge only with no erection. I use isphagol and yogurt for some days and things went normal. Lately this month after her periods we attempted for sex and it was disappointing again. Attempt followed by precum discharge only with no erection. I was just wondering what happend. I recalled that i recently used that hoemo combination i reffered above for arthritis mutiple times in a day . That combination Formula is (berberis vulg 3DH 10 % ,boswellia ser 1DH 20% cercuma Longa 1DH 30 %, rustox 30DH 30% , zingber off 4.5%)

I am a little into homeopathy and currently using selenium 30 since 2 days and nux vom 30. Using yogurt+isphagol but no progress so far.

It is really painful as we both desire a baby and i. Unable to to do good.
Lost of libido desire and erection.

I must admit that sometimes i feel erection problems due to stress and office overwork in past. But not like this lost of complete erections...

I think i am also suffering from side effects of dates excess use and that homeo combination.

Please advice me what to do, help me understand what i am going through and recommend any med.
