Constipation in baby
Good Afternoon,My 6 month old daughter has not pooped for 3 days, last week she had not pooped for 6 days. She had been struggling and crying while trying to excrete and when she tried to push out the faeces, it came out partially then went back in.
We took her to a doctor who prescribed a laxative which we gave her and after 2 days, she excreted very hard, brown color faeces.
Now, she has not excreted for 4 days. We gave her Nux V twice today but this does not seem to have helped.
Can you please suggest a suitable remedy.

Causes are lack of fibre
Lack of fluids and water
Sanicula 30 01 drop in water / 02 pills twice a day
Silicea 6x 01 tab every three hours
Both for three days
Feedback after three days or whenever she is better
No Nux Vomica
Is she in any allopathic medicine
Max breast feeding only
Does the mother have similar symptoms

I had given her Bryonia around an hr ago.
She has excreted just a few min back, and there was some dark brown, dry faeces. We did not give any laxative(allopathy) this time, she last took this was a week ago.
Mother is ok, however I have asked her to increase her uptake of liquids.
And the child is getting breast milk or fruit & vege purées.
