Irregular periods

My last period date is 12th marth 21.
I feel pain in my lower abdomen usually.no family history like same.
Married
1.5 year old child
Age 33
Mostly late sometimes on time but never come on time.
I'm child abused
Always negative thoughts
Loose temper easily.
Irritation
Suciadal thoughts
Constipation
Gain weight easily, current weight is 65.

At what age did you get first periods
Past can not be fixed and what you think and do today will shape your tomorrow so be positive in thoughts and actions
Elaborate pain location, type (dull sharp gnawing) any particular time of the day what aggravates what improves

Whenever you get those how many days quantity of flow any odour clots colour any other discharge before or after
Nux Vomica 200 05 drops in water/ 05 pills half an hour before breakfast for three days

Also get an ultrasound sound done if you have got it done post report just the impression of the radiologist
