Premature Ejaculation and masturbation issue

Hello Everyone,

I am suffering from from a very long time now. I am 31 male. I have been smoking from last 15 years now. Have been masturbating from puberty age and now i cannot go from more than 5 seconds. I need help. Somebody suggested me to take damiaplant. Does it work? or suggest something different.
