Fever body ache
i am having fever of around 102F since yesterday. i had taken dolo 650mg thrice. After taking DOLO fever comes down to 100F, but again it start rising after few hour.I had also taken aconite 30 thrice.
Symptoms:
Fever
Body ache(movement gives some relief, however not getting enough strength to walk continuously.
One pecular thing. Felling hot sensation in left nostril while breathing. sensation is like if we apply vicks on nose, but instead of cold it is hot. Breath out air is also very hot. Breathing predominantly from left nose. Also, sometime runny nose through left nostrol
Chiling feeling.
Both eyes are red.
No stomach related issues.
Not much thirst. But frequent urination.
Please someone help.

BELLADONA 30 FIVE DROPS/PELLETS THREE TIMES A DAY.
IN ADDITION FERRUM PHOS 6X FIVE TABS THREE TIMES A DAY.
FEEDBACK EVERY DAY.

Thank you.
Started taking Belladona and Ferrum Phos 6x.
Fever slightly better. Now not going above 101F.
However,
1. Skin has become very Red and dry. Palms are red hot as if after burning.
2. Itching has started due to dry skin. Applying cocunut oil/calendula powder to get releif.
3. There was no coughing yesterday. However, occasional cough started with white mucus.
4. Got good releif in body ache.
5. Everything is tasting bitterly. Not liking any food.
Kindly advise.

Not much change w.r.t Fever. Fever is still there hovering around 101F.
Dryness/Redness has reduced after taking Nat Mur.
I have travelled alot during day time in last week. I am suspecting that Fever is due to heat stroke / temp difference between AC and outside.
Please advise.
