Muscle cramp Pleas help me
Hi my name kamal age 24 two years before i wrokout in gym put lot of weight and breath hold lift weight my body muscles are cramp stomach and hip and neck front and back full muscles are tight my anus fully tigth and no motion sensation for two years my abdomen fully tightness i cant breath properly so many thoughts in my brain and wood sensation of back occipit area.i rub my skin thorn inside feel full lower body and tickling sensation of lower body. I eat anything my body cooling pleas help me im sick and weak day by day my lower body trembling very weak my forehead and cheak jaw all are tightly i used many homeopathy remedy rhus tox 200 rhus glabra arnica belladona. Bell only working three days. Mag phos sulphur nuxvomica gelsimum stramonium cascarilla cuprum met zincum met. Casticum. Plumbum met. Nat mur. Baryta carb. Calcarea carb no one medicine not heal my muscle cramp please help me any one please i have civitar constipation proplem my pelvic muscle very tight i have chronic cystitisKamal7 on 2021-08-05

15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HR BEFORE DINNER. FOR THREE DAYS
DAY 4 ONWARDS
THUJA 30.
Dose five (5) drops/pellets , taken at the same time 3 Times daily.
Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.
Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.
IN ADDITION MAG PHOS 6X AND FERRUM PHOS 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.

Since all the best selected remedies have been tried,give R 81 10 drops three times a day.Dr.Reckeweg R81 Maldol drops.Available in homeopathic stores.
