Trouble sleeping after 3-4am

I am a 25 year old male living in USA. Since last year I have been facing troubles sleeping. Until last year, I slept really well (11pm to 7.30am) and did not wake up in between. But since last year, I am not getting enough sleep.
I sleep at around 10.30 11 pm and I sleep within minutes as soon as I go to bed. But at 3.30 - 4 am I wake up. After that sometimes I sleep after 20-30 min but sometimes it is had to sleep.
Some background : I lived in India for initial 24 years. By profession I am a software engineer. I came to US for further education. Currently I am looking for jobs/giving interviews. This sleep issues had started since July/August 2020. Stress might be the reason behind these sleep issues?
Due to this lack of sleep, I do not feel fresh after lunch. I constantly feel sleepy. Kindly suggest something.
Thanks
