Ear and nasal catarrh
I had high fever 4 months back, with terrible pain in my facial bones. After that till to date I have heaviness and plugged feeling in ears sometimes slight pain which comes and goes. And continuous post nasal drip. Through all these months I have no sense of smell. Even now I have no sense of smell.I used pulsatilla 30, 3 months back, it relieved pain behind eyes and face. Used Kali bichromium 200, it ameliorates my post nasal drip and worsen my ears
I used Kali mur 6 it works as long as I use. Nasal drip still there.
Please help, if something works on nasal drip it worsens my ears and if something works on ears it worsens nasal drip. Anything that can cover the whole case ? Help needed plz

NUX VOM 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HR BEFORE DINNER. FOR THREE DAYS
DAY 4 ONWARDS
SPIGELIA 30.
Dose five (5) drops/pellets , taken at the same time 3 Times daily.
Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.
Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.
IN ADDITION NAT MUR 6X AND SILICEA 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.

I took pulsatilla 30 today again. And I'm feeling much pressure in my left ear, left jaw l, neck and left temple. Should I follow the same prescription?
Secondly please tell me isn't nux vomica dose is high and that for 3 days . Can I do it for one day and move to next remedy? Is it to antidote all the previous medication?

IT IS NOT HIGH.HAVE IT FOR 3 DAYS.
WHEN PULS IS NOT CURING THE AILMENT AND PRODUCING SECONDARY SYMPTOMS MIGHT AS WELL STOP IT.
