Tonic

Dear sir,

Is there a tonic, single remedy or combination to tone the large intestine walls? Including rectum and anus.

Just trying to keep the colon healthy.
Any help is appreciated.

Take PAEONIA Q 10 drops in half cup water only in the morning before food.
Also take MAGNESIA PHOSPHORICUM 6X - 3 tablets thrice a day after food.
Eat foods rich in fibre to promote colon health.
