Flu and cough with runny nose
Hello All.My daughter is suffering from flu and chest infection.
Age 15 months.
In this winter season she developed chest infection and runny nose again and again..
Following treatment is given:
3 months before we give her antibiotic and cough syrup and she recovers.
After 20 to 25 days chest infection increased with fever and runny nose then allopathic doctor gives treatment of 3 days antibiotic injection and 7 days antibiotic and cough syrup with one month montiget 4mg. She was fine but again after one and half month little bit chest infection and runny nose comes again, I immediately checked her to homeopathic Doctor, he gives drops, syrup and some medicines on milk sugar powder (I don't know which medicines) but after 2 to 3 doses she feel better and then next week there is again a wave of cold weather and again runny nose start with cough...there is no fever... homeopathic medicine continues but not effective... please suggest remedy that stop this.

Nasal discharge color is white mostly clear white...when sneezing then a little bit white.
Color of tongue is pink.
No wheezing in normal breathing but when coughing then a little bit wheezing. Cough increased in night, early in the morning and during and after feed but rare in day time. Cough starts just from last night.

I noticed that color of nasal discharge sometimes turn yellowish. Is there any change in medicine for this?

Ok. I got them but size of tablets are bigger than normal homeopathic tabs... Store person said if 3 is recommended than you can use only 1..same is written on pack. For adult 2 and for children 1... Can you please recommend dose again.

Coughing no longer occurs at night and also occasionally during the day, especially when given something to eat but whenever coughing then there is wheezing in chest. The flu is less frequent than before but is more frequent in the early morning and evening and is thicker and yellower than before.

Mood of baby is good.. playing well... I think head is not heavy because of flu and no water in the eyes.

After 4 days...
After 3 days there is no improvement in flu but cough is reduced and wheezing is also reduced (only while coughing sounds better than earlier).
Today is the 4th day and there is also some improvement in nose. Less flow and thinner than earlier...
The symptoms of flu is noted only today, It will be more clear in next couple of days.

After 1 week of complete recovery , flu start again. There is another wave of cold and rainy weather and flu comes again.
Normally thin and clear flow but when sneezing there is thick and yellow discharge.

IN ADDITION KALI SULPH 6X AND NAT MUR 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY.IF THE SNEEZING IS FREQUENT THEN ADD SILICEA 6X ALSO.
