Interstitial cystitis

Because of too much histamine in my body my bladder epithelium is destroyed and I have the classical symptoms of a urinary tract infection without any bacteria. If I eat something that raises the histamine levels I get a burning sensation after urinating that lasts a long time. I have been taking Berberis and Cantharis but I don’t see any changes these past 2 months. I am female 69 years old highly allergic and can eat about 10 foods only. I take Histaminum and other homeopathic remedies but they help a little temporarily. Have seen several homeopathic doctors and cannot even take antihistamines.
Thank you for any help with the burning after urinating.
