Gut IssuesI have been suffering from various gut issues for the past few years and homeopathy has helped in the past but this time, it hasn't been helping. I currently get a lot of burping, bloating, flatulence, indigestion and acidity and I have been taking Nat Phos 6x (2 pills 3 times a day) along with Carbo Veg 200 CH (3 pills dissolved in 200 ml water and 1 teaspoon from the mixture 3 times a day) but it hasnt been helping.
I also take Gaviscon if the symptoms get worse but I'm trying to avoid being reliant on it for too long. I previously visited a Gastroenterologist and he prescribed Pantoprazole 30 and a digestive enzyme supplement and whilst the Pantoprazole does alleviate the symptoms, it does so for a few days and I am aware of the risk of taking PPIs for too long.
Any suggestions on what I should do as I it is seriously impacting my quality of life.

Regarding the medication, I have the following available as I'm based in Dubai and there are limited dilutions available here:
Nux Vomica 30C - Tablets
Lycopodium 200 CH - Balls
Calc Phos 6X - Tablets
Silicea 12X - Tablets
Please advise if they are ok to use instead of the formulations you had advised. Also, how do I take Lycopodium, Calc Phos & Silicea? Do I take 5 tablets of each directly or do I need to put it in water.
