She used to walk a lot few years ago but hardly now due to the knee problem, these hurt a lot.

Yes, Acid Reflux is a recent symptom, about 3-4 yrs old. She gets better after eating but she gets bloating AFTER 1 hr of eating.

Today she is having very strong head pain, feels all stuffed up, and having facial sinus pain. Steam has helped a bit.

She gets indigestion pain only in the abdomen, not otherwise all the time, but definitely better after eating. She sometimes feels rawness in the middle of the left side of the abdomen.

Cactus and Radium Bromatacum ? will be a special order and can take 7-10days to arrive.

Yes, she visited orthopedic dr & her X-rays showed no gap between the knee bones, basically the ligament is gone, osteo-arthritis.

Yes have Arnica Montana 200

Radium Bromatum not available here even on special order. ABCHomeopathy has only 30 potency. Cactus 200 is available under special order.

Can you please recommend to take something for the severe headache? Don't want to take something allopathic that may interfere with the ongoing homeopathic treatment?

Ok she took paracetamol 500mg single tab for her headache. Based on past experience paracetamol does not affect the homeopathic treatment. It helped for 2-3hrs, the pain in the eye sockets was gone and the pain in the overall head including back of the head was better. However, after few hrs, the headache started increasing again slowly. Inhaling steam only helps for 15-20 mins. Full head including back of the head is hurting, legs feel shaky. Worse on lying down, better sitting in an upright position. Abdomen feels better right now. Less gas felt in the abdomen, don't know the reason, the homeopathic medicine / Anacardium 30 taken this morning, paracetamol or just that the headache has taken over.
She will take if needed another Paracetamol but need some homeopathic remedy to control it and not end up taking Ibuprofen/Advil. Based on past experience sometimes this continues for a day or two and goes away eventually with Paracetamol & Advil. This intensity pain happens once in 2-3 months.

Please advise, appreciate all the help.

Anacardium 30, one dose was given in the morning about 12hrs ago.

Dr, the symptoms of headache came before taking Anacardium 30, so this is not due to Anacardium aggravation..

Yes it is night time here.
So still repeat Anacardium?

No allopathic medicines have been prescribed for headaches. Steroids were prescribed but not taken for sinus issues, have only taken antibiotics due to sinus infections in the past but quite some time ago,

Hello Dr

I gave her Anacardium 30 before she went to sleep last night, headache was bearable that time. She woke up in the middle of the night with unbearable headache and ended up taking Paracetamol. So she was ok for few hours.
Now the headache is getting worse again this early morning, whole head hurts but mild on the left side and worse on the right side including both the eye sockets, abdomen is gassy again.
Have not yet repeated Anacardium 30 this morning.

I did give her one dose of Anacardium in the night after our discussion but it did not help and when the pain became unbearable ended up taking Paracetamol.

Anacardium may be helping her but does not seem to be controlling pain.

Give her another dose empty stomach or after food, it is early morning here?
