7yr old sleep disturbance
My daughter keeps waking after a couple hours of sleep and only wants to come into our bed. If I put her back in her bed in a short time she comes back again. She was always a good sleeper but now she will say she had Bad dream or scared of her room to come into our bed. When she comes into our bed she goes right to sleep and doesn’t wake.

Hi, she’s told me that when she wakes up in the night she feels scared. Like something is under her bed that’s why she’s comes to our bed. Her wake time has been 1am-3am not sure if that makes a difference
Many thanks

Hi, so there has been a decrease in the fear she has of her room at night but she is still waking. Tonight she said when she wakes and she’s in the dark her tummy starts hurting and feels better when she’s in my bed.

Hi, after the 4 days she slept through the night for 2 nights straight but now has gone back to night waking. When she wakes she will let me put her back to sleep in her room but a short while later she wakes again. Some time she says she doesn’t know why she wakes. The last couple nights it’s been bad dreams or she wants to be near me and her dad.
