A case of Sepia
Female age 23. Slim. Weight loss in few months. Weeps easily. Appetite diminished. Mostly sleeplessness in night. Keep using phone in bed. Doesn't like to do washing work. Menses scanty. Face not fresh. Little Yellowness on face. Skin. Dehydrated skin. Gas in stomach chest.Thinks she needs to commit suicide but never tried. Her marriage is close to a few months. Kisses her fiancee and whole day was weeping and worried what he will think of her. Indifference to Her Mother. Mostly wants to stay alone doesn't feel fit with other members of house.
Sepia 200 was given for three nights.
After Few days vertigo and earache followed.
SEPIA was stopped.
I want to know if she should wait and observe the symptoms or continue sepia or antidote Sepia?
Is sepia the correct remedy for her or she's more of pulsatilla? If she's pulsatilla how one can use pulsatilla after sepia when materia medica tells to never use pul or sepia after each other?
Please someone experienced guide in the right direction. Thank you.

NUX VOM 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HR BEFORE DINNER. FOR THREE DAYS
DAY 4 ONWARDS
PULSATILLA 30.
Dose five (5) drops/pellets , taken at the same time 3 Times daily.
Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.
Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.
IN ADDITION KALI PHOS 6X AND NAT MUR 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.
