Kind Attention ...Dr Anuj Srivastava
This is regarding my daughter 13 years old. A few weeks back we noticed a small portion of her front tooth which chipped off all of a sudden. Now today we seen the same front tooth having black marks and lines from the inside. Also she has bad mouth odor. There is always white coating on her tongue.I have attached the image for your reference. Kindly help.
