Eustachian tube dysfunction

I suffered from long term acid reflux and pharyngitis that affected my throat. Last one year my left inner ear is blocked. I feel constant fullness / fluid buildup in the inner ear and the junction of throat and ear on the left side. I consulted several ent doctors, had many anti-allergic medicine and nasal sprays, but no solution. One month back I went through septoplasty, turbinoplasty, and myringotomy surgeries and had gromet inserted in ear. But the fluid buildup is still occurring. I constantly have the urge to clear my throat and the inner ear area but the mucus/fluid does not come out. There is No pain and No hearing loss. Only there is a sense of fullness in the left inner ear and just below ear at the throat junction. Doctor diagnosed eustachian tube dysfunction, but no cure yet. Sometimes during flight take off when it popped open, it felt like something very sticky was holding it up. I could hear a sound that felt like glue-stuck ear popping open. Not even slightly improved in last one year. Please help.
