Dr. Anuj Sir,
As directed, I have continued the doses as submitted below for reference along with my sweating condition.
03.03.2024(evening) to 09.03.2024 - R-32 hyperhydrosis reduction. 10 drops with water twice daily on each day.
There is almost no further reduction in sweating problem condition :
(1) It is sweating on scalp and trunk even while sitting idle if I don’t get fan air circulation. (even when room temperature is staying around 27 degrees centigrade.
I stopped the medicine(R-32 drops) from 10.03.2024 morning, and I observed that I had a little less sweat than when using R-32 drops.
I wish to submit once again that IF I TAKE HOT TEA/COFFEE/FOOD, I AM IMMEDIATELY SWEATING ON MY SCALP/FACE AND A LITTLE LATER ON MY TRUNK. SCALP/FACE-SWEATING CONDITION IS QUITE MORE IF I HAPPEN EAT EVEN LITTLE SPICY ITEM IN MEALS(WHILE ON CAMP, NOT BY CHOICE BUT BY COMPULSION), THIS HAS BEEN THE CONSTANT SPECIFIC SYMPTOM OF PROBLEM IRRESPECTIVE OF THE MEDICINES TAKEN THROUGH THIS CONSULTATION(IT EXISTED FROM MY CHILDHOOD).
AFTER HAVING EXPERIENCES FROM THE MEDICATIONS, I AM HOPEFUL THAT MEDICINE FOR THE ABOVE CONDITION WOULD CURE ME OF THE PROFUSE SWEATING PROBLEM COMPLETELY.
Though I can avoid hot beverages(like tea/coffee) after good practice, it is not possible avoid hot rice or having totally-chilli-absent curries.
I, THEREFORE, REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY CONSIDER MY CONDITION SYMPATHETICALLY AND SUGGEST ME FURTHER MEDICATION.

As advised, I am taking the following dose.

(1) MY SCALP/TRUNK are sweating even while sitting idle, if i am not under cool fan air. Now, there is sweating on legs also.
(2) EVEN ON LITTLE EXERTION OF FEW FEET WALK(For Ex. some 50-70 feet) OR ON SIMPLE SWEEPING OF A ROOM, MY SCALP/TRUNK ARE IMMEDIATELY GETTING WET WITH SWEAT. Same is the case with exposure to heat/Sunshine.
Kindly suggest medication sir.

THE REMEDY DID NOT GIVE EVEN A SLIGHT RELIEF and
