Meibomian Gland Dysfunction

Hi. I have suffered from posterior Meibomian Gland dysfunction for the past 3 years as it suddenly developed. My only health problem in my medical history is eczema but is under control. The meibomian gland dysfunction is so severe to the point where my eyelids have pseudoptosis and droop due to the inflammation in the eyes. I also always have white strings of mucus. My eyesight has also gotten worse. And my eyes are very dry. Please recommend me a homeopathic medicine to fix this. My allopathic doctor said my eyes have pseudoptosis and droop because the condition is so severe so it has to do that to protect my eye. I eat foods with omega 3, nutritional food, put eye drops, massage and heat my eyes but nothing helps. Please help me .

Can Silicea 30 work as well? Or Pulsatilla 30?
