Joint and muscular pain
This is the case of my mothar, 53y/F weigh about 58 kg height 5 ft.She had been suffering from pain in Shoulder, back cervical and lumber region and in thighs for 6-7 years.
She had been under long homeopathy treatment and was given mainly Causticum in LM potency and Rhus tox in 1M, 10M, also Ruta, Medo and many more but without any remarkable improvement.
After Naturopathic and Accupressure treatment, allover pain is relatively less but shoulder pain has not been decreased.
Presently the shoulder pain is the chief complaint, but there is pain in thigh, upper back and lower back also.
RIGHT Shoulder pain extends towards the back of ear via right neck.
left shoulder has fixed pain. left elbow has tenderness with pain.
Pain is mostly in right side, it increases at rest and starts just after lying down on bed.
She has disturbed sleep if pain increases.
If she stands for long time, pain starts in knee and low back side.
Previously she had bone spurs in both heels but cured after homoeopathy treatment.
She has been diagnosed with Scoliosis and bone degeneration in lumber region.
In summer, excessive perspiration of scalp and whole body as if water has been poured.
Cannot bear heat, enjoys winter but covers up herself.
talkative, workaholic, likes fish.
Please inform me if more information needed.

NUX VOM 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HOUR BEFORE DINNER.FOR 3 NIGHTS.
DAY 4 ONWARDS
LACHESIS 200.
Dose five (5) drops/pellets , taken at the same time 3 Times a WEEK.
Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.
Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.
IN ADDITION SILICEA 6X,MAG PHOS 6X AND CALC FLOUR 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.

Hello Sir,
My mother is taking your mentioned remedies. Total 3 doses (each alternate day) of Lachesis was taken till today morning.
The pain and tenderness has increased.
There is TENDERNESS IN BONES, it feels good when pressed by hand.
The pain comes and goes, sometimes in legs, later in shoulder. Its wandering by nature.
Aggravation when lying is present.
Rt sided lower back pain increased, was very less before taking remedies.
To summerize, pain and tenderness of all the body parts (Shoulders, neck, upper back, lower back specially right side, thighs, heels-- almost everyehere) has increased.
Also there is burning type sensation in the upper thoracic spine (in between scapula).
Disturbed sleep due to pain. Tossing and turning in bed before sleep comes.
If any information is needed please let me know.

Hello Sir, my mother is taking Bryonia 30 along with two cell salts for last 4 days. Last dose of Bryonia was taken on yesterday night.
She is telling the pain and tenderness has increased and the agg is more than the agg of Lachesis. Cant understand if this is aggravation due to medicine or not. Pain with tenderness is almost everywhere- lower back, neck, shoulder, behind knees etc.
She says the pain and tenderness is internal and IN THE BONE. She gets relief if the affected parts are hit by fist, or massage by applying pressure of hand.
Pain aggravated in each full moon and new moon.
Please ask me if more details are needed.

She had stopped taking all remedies for last 6 days. But there is no change in pain or tenderness. It has increased very much. There was not that much pain even before starting the remedies.
I thought its due to recent new moon, so I waited for 2 more days. But the pain has not reduced. After taking Lachesis it increased And now it has increased much. I think Bryonia did not worked at all, in terms of aggravation or improvement. Burning sensation in soles returned that was there long bofore (when Bone spur in heels was treated with Calc Flour and other remedeies).
All pains increased. There is spasmic pain in Right shoulder.

In my opinion u give ur mom
1-Silicea 30c. Thrice a day for 2 days
2- Mag Phos 6x. 3 tablets thrice a day with warm water.
There should be a time diff of 1/2 hr between both remidies.
and let me know about the changes.

Dr Sajid, Mom already had taken Sepia 30 before I saw your 2nd opinion of Silicea.
Dr Anuj Sir, here is the feedback.
She is taking Sepia 30 and cell salts. All over its 30-40% better sometimes. But sometimes pain is also increasing like before. She is saying, low back pain increases if she stands for long while cooking. Also all over pain increases in the day she does excessive household work. If I ask him to take rest she does not listen and always workaholic. After work when she takes rest, pain increases more.

She says the tenderness is like bolis. According to her, the pain of the bone is like aching pain and sometimes it sparks like lightning.
