Anything for Anhedonia?
Hello,I am currently treating my anxiety but I think I also may have depression. Ive had depressive tendencies for a while now such as procrastination, lack of motivation, lack of hygiene, and laziness. Half a year ago I went trhough a bad breakup with a narcissist and was upset for months. Ever since then Ive had many instances of feeling empty and not being able to enjoy the things I want to. I have no motivation to do anything. The most accurate term for this is anhedonia. Is there any homeopathy for this?
