Stomach and cough

My son 7.5 yrs old had diarrhea a week back..I thought its viral so will settle on its own..but after 4 days he started having sore throat..gave him merc sol30 3 times..then his cough became chesty so I gave him phosphorus 30 couple of doses ..yesterday in the evening alot of sneezing,headache,watery and nasal discharge started.he was complaining of stomach gas as well as his stomach is still not settled so I gave him 2 doses of Arsenicum album 30..now in the morning no sneezing but deep wet cough but no phlegm..his morning temp was 98 centigrade ..he was complaining of headache..stomach gas..what should I do now?

IN ADDITION FERRUM PHOS 6X AND SILICEA 3 TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES.

Sir thanks for your prompt reply...after 2 does of nux,ferrum pho and one dose of silicea...he is complaining of headache and vomiting like feel..watery eyes and runny nose Nasal discharge is clear...coughing with throat scratching and headaches when cough...left eye lid slightly swollen..he is sleeping but when he coughs its phlegmy...and loud

Hello Sir, my other son who is 14.5 years old
had flu for couple of days and then from yesterday he has started having deep chesty cough. He was complaining of feverish feeling last evening ...feeling cold and back ache...but did not have fever. Almost every time this sort of cough turns into infection and we have to start antibiotic.
